Biography
Talli Sharp is an associate in Weil's Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Talli participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Talli has been part of the teams advising on the following matters:
- EQT Partners in its acquisition of BillTrust
- Lee Equity Partners in its sale of Cadent Technology, Inc.
- Luxor Capital Group in its investment in Montage Hotels & Resorts (d/b/a Montage International)
- PAI Partners in its acquisition of Alphia
Talli received her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. She received her B.S. and B.A., magna cum laude, from Stetson University.
