She advises, as part of a team, leading private equity funds and major corporates on a wide range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings, management incentive programmes, as well as portfolio companies on general corporate advisory matters.

- Advent International on its acquisition of myPOS
- Advent International and its portfolio company, SYSPRO, on the carve-out acquisition of NexSys from K3 Business Technology Group plc
- Global Infrastructure Partners, as part of a consortium together with Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Employees' Provident Fund of Malaysia and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), on their $3.9 billion pre-conditional voluntary cash takeover offer for Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad
