Biography
Michael McDonald is counsel in the Banking & Finance group in the London office of Weil. His experience includes advising sponsors and lenders on leveraged finance, general corporate finance, real estate finance and project finance.
He has, as part of a team, acted for a range of financial institutions, sponsors and corporates of various sizes on a range of financings, including domestic and cross-border transactions involving several jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Weil, Michael was a member of the Banking & Finance team at a leading UK firm. Michael qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2014.
