Biography
Michael Sheffy is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Michael participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Prior to joining Weil, Michael was a Legal and Compliance Vice President at BlackRock.
Michael received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from University of Michigan.
