Biography
Michelle Le is an associate in Weil’s Corporate Department and is based in Silicon Valley. Michelle participates in the representation of public and private companies and private equity firms in a variety of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and divestitures.
Michelle has been part of the teams advising:
- Blackstone in its follow-on investment in ISN Software Corporation
- Genstar Capital in its acquisitions of Abracon LLC and The SEER Group LLC; and Clarience Technologies, LLC in its acquisition of Pressure Systems International, LLC and the assets of Truck System Technologies, Inc.
- J. Crew Group in certain investments
- OneSource Virtual, Inc. in the sale of its PS and AMS businesses to Cognizant
- TCV in its investments in Reforge, Inc. and Evisort Inc.
- Trive Capital in its acquisition of a minority stake in Terraboost Media Holdings, Inc.
Michelle also has an active pro bono practice, representing clients in special immigrant visa petitions, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) immigration self-petitions and domestic violence restraining orders.
Michelle received her J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where she was a Staff Editor of the Duke Law Journal, and her B.A., cum laude, from American University.
