Biography
Morgan Foulsham is an associate in Weil’s Real Estate practice and is based in New York. Morgan participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for real estate related companies.
Morgan has been part of the teams advising:
- Cedar Fair in its $8 billion merger of equals with Six Flags
- GHK Capital Partners in its acquisition of Johns-Byrne LLC
- Goldman Sachs in its $440 million strategic investment in BrightNight
- The Home Depot in its $18.25 billion acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc.
- Sunoco LP in its approximately $7.3 billion acquisition of NuStar Energy L.P.
Prior to joining Weil, Morgan was a lawyer at another international law firm. Morgan has also had extensive experience in government, having worked for the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority. Morgan is actively involved in the Firm’s pro bono initiatives. He continues to work on various cases with the Innocence Project and has represented pro bono clients in leasing and licensing matters.
Morgan received his LL.B. and his B.A. with honors from Macquarie University.
