Nicole DiNicola
Nicole DiNicola is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Nicole participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Nicole has been part of the teams advising:

  • American Securities in its acquisition of The Fulham Group LLC
  • Avenir Growth in connection with various matters, including its investment in Power Beauty Co. (d/b/a MERIT Beauty)
  • Cornell Capital in its acquisition of Advancing Eyecare
  • EQT Partners in its sale of Dorner Manufacturing Corporation
  • Goldman Sachs in its $325 million investment in iSpot.tv and in its $300 million investment in MadHive
  • Growthcurve Capital in its majority investment in PureFacts Financial Solutions Inc.
  • TPG Inc. in its $1.1 billion initial public offering
  • TurnKey Vacation Rentals, Inc. in its merger with Vacasa LLC
  • Vantedge Medical (portfolio company of Aterian Investment Partners) in its acquisition of Hobson & Motzer, Inc.

Nicole received her J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where she was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar and served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. She received her B.A. from Fordham University.
