Biography
Sarah Yue is an associate in Weil’s Tax Department and is based in Dallas. Sarah participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to the tax aspects of a wide range of corporate transactions.
Sarah has been part of the teams advising:
- Kainos Capital and Evriholder Products, LLC in Evriholder Products’ acquisitions of Axe Holdings, LLC.
- Steward Health Care System LLC in a $75 million debtor-in-possession senior secured term loan facility to finance its chapter 11 cases.
- Subsidiaries of Steward Health Care System LLC, as borrowers, under a bridge loan facility.
Sarah Yue received her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from SMU Dedman School of Law, and her M.S. from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She received her B.S. from Ji Lin University. She served as an extern for Judge Scott W. Everett at Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas and was a recipient of the State Bar of Texas Tax Section Scholarship. Sarah is also licensed as a certified public accountant in Texas.
