Biography

Rachel Yidana is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Rachel participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Prior to joining Weil, Rachel was an associate at another international law firm.
Rachel received her J.D., cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Law Review. During law school, Rachel served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Angela Turner Quigless of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. Rachel received her B.A. from the University of Rhode Island.
