Rocco Recce is an associate in Weil’s Patent Litigation practice, where he focuses on litigating complex disputes before U.S. district courts and the U.S. Patent Office.
Rocco has served on Weil teams representing clients in a variety of technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, tobacco products, telecommunications, and home automation technologies.
Rocco received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he graduated as a member of the St. Thomas More Honors Program, served as a Senior Articles Editor of both the St. John’s Law Review and the Journal of Catholic Legal Studies, and was the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society. He received his B.S. in Biological Engineering from Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
