Biography
Subrina Chowdhury is an associate in Weil’s Real Estate practice and is based in New York. Subrina participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for real estate related companies.
Subrina has been part of the teams advising:
- American Securities LLC in the $1.85 billion sale of its portfolio company ASP Acuren Holdings Inc. to Admiral Acquisition Limited
- Amherst Holdings, LLC in a $500 million formation of a joint venture with JLL Income Property Trust
- Advent International and portfolio company IRCA on the acquisition of the trade and assets of Kerry Group’s Sweet Ingredients Portfolio
- Bell Canada in its C$5.0 billion acquisition of Ziply Fiber
- Citation Capital in its acquisition of a majority stake in Aptive Environmental
- Everstream Solutions LLC (a portfolio company of Infrabridge) in sale of its all-fiber network in the St. Louis metropolitan area
- Goldman Sachs in its $440 million strategic investment in BrightNight and in the sale of its Personal Financial Management unit to wealth management firm Creative Planning
- The Home Depot in its $18.25 billion acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc.
- Lone Star Funds and XSYS Germany Holding Gmbh in its $325 million acquisition of the MacDermid graphics business from Element Solutions Incorporated
- Peak Rock Capital and its portfolio company The Tranzonic Companies in its acquisition of Supply Source Enterprises, Inc. (a portfolio company of H.I.G Capital)
Prior to joining Weil, Subrina was an associate at another international law firm.
Subrina received her J.D. from Fordham Law School and her B.A. from Fordham University.
