Biography
Subrina Chowdhury is an associate in Weil’s Real Estate practice and is based in New York. Subrina participates in the representation of Firm clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for real estate related companies.
Subrina has been part of the teams advising:
- American Securities LLC in the pending $1.85 billion sale of its portfolio company ASP Acuren Holdings Inc. to Admiral Acquisition Limited
- Amherst Holdings, LLC in a $500 million formation of a joint venture with JLL Income Property Trust
- Advent International and portfolio company IRCA on the acquisition of the trade and assets of Kerry Group’s Sweet Ingredients Portfolio
- Elysium Management LLC in its acquisition of a majority stake in BMH Holdings, Inc., and in a secondary transaction from affiliates of Capital Alignment Partners
- Goldman Sachs in the sale of its Personal Financial Management unit to wealth management firm Creative Planning
- The Home Depot in its pending $18.25 billion acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc.
Prior to joining Weil, Subrina was an associate at another international law firm.
Subrina received her J.D. from Fordham Law School and her B.A. from Fordham University.
