Biography
Suhayla Ahmed is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Silicon Valley. Suhayla participates in the representation of public and private companies in a variety of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and divestitures.
Suhayla received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she graduated with a certificate in International Law and was a clinical student at the International Human Rights Law Clinic. She received her B.A. in Government & Politics and her B.S. in Finance from the Honors College at the University of Maryland, College Park, and was awarded membership into the Maryland Medallion Society.
