Sylvain is an associate in Weil’s Restructuring practice and is based in Paris. His practice focuses on insolvency proceedings, restructuring and distressed transactions. He represents debtors, shareholders, creditors and investors in in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Sylvain graduated from the French business school ESSEC (Grande Ecole) in 2018 and from Paris-Dauphine University with a Master’s degree in Business Law (Master 2 – Droit des Affaires) in 2019.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
