Biography
Thomas Léry is an associate based in the Paris office and a member of the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He joined the Firm in 2023.
Thomas graduated from the ESSEC Business School (Grande Ecole, 2020), and attended courses in Singapore (Business Management in Asia). He also received a Master’s degree in Business Law and Ethics from the University of Cergy-Pontoise and a degree from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Thomas is a member of the Paris Bar. His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
