Biography
Victor Carteron is an associate based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. He joined the Firm in 2022.
Victor graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where he received a Master’s degree in business law (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires-DJCE). He also attended the Law and Political Science degree’s program at Lyon III – Jean Moulin University.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native languages is French and he is fluent in English.
