Weil advised PSG, a leading growth equity firm that specializes in partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies, in the closing of PSG Sequel, a six asset, $2 billion continuation fund supported by blue-chip institutional investors, including Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, GIC, StepStone and funds managed by Hamilton Lane.
