Win Hahn is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where he focuses on litigating complex business disputes in state and federal courts.
Win’s recent experience includes serving on Weil teams representing:
- A major food retailer in multiple bench trials against federal and state regulators challenging a proposed merger;
- A multifamily property owner in a multidistrict putative class action in which the plaintiffs allege violations of U.S. antitrust law;
- A global e-commerce company in defending against allegations of contributory trademark and copyright infringement claims;
- A multinational equity investment firm in connection with the chapter 11 restructuring of a global real estate company.
Win earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He received his B.A. from the University of Richmond.
