Biography
Yoni Hassin is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Yoni participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Yoni has been part of the teams advising:
- Growthcurve Capital in its majority investment in PureFacts Financial Solutions Inc.
- Major League Baseball Players Association in its joint venture with the National Football League Players Association and Redbird Capital that formed OneTeam Partners, LLC.
- PSP Investments in a transaction that implies a Radius Global Infrastructure enterprise value of approximately $3 billion
- TruArc Partners in its acquisitions of Watchtower Security, LLC
Prior to joining Weil, Yoni was an associate at another international law firm.
Yoni received his J.D., summa cum laude, from New York Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from American University.
