Weil advised TowerPoint Capital, alongside Meritage Group LP and its affiliated funds, in the recapitalization of their portfolio of mission-critical wireless infrastructure assets into a newly formed, open-ended vehicle, TowerPoint Infrastructure Partners LLC.
