Weil has advised Ardian in relation to the financing of a majority stake in Masco Group from RSBG. Masco is a global provider of engineered solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

The Weil team was led by Finance partner Tom Richards and included counsel Kai Zhang, Ed Hyde and associates Dimeji Ademiju, Saahil Sheth and Asha Phakey.

Weil worked in close partnership with Italian counsel PedersoliGattai on the financing.
