Weil has advised BNP PARIBAS and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, as joint global coordinators and joint physical bookrunners, Natixis and Société Générale, as joint global coordinators and BBVA, Belfius, BRED Banque Populaire, CaixaBank, CIC Market Solutions and La Banque Postale, as joint bookrunners, in connection with the issuance of €300 million 4.7500% senior notes due 2032 by Fnac Darty S.A. (Fnac Darty).
Fnac Darty intends to use the proceeds of the offering of the notes to (i) repurchase its outstanding OCEANE convertible bonds, (ii) refinance amounts paid in connection with the acquisition of Unieuro S.p.A., the leading Italian retailer of consumer electronic products and domestic appliances, and (iii) pay fees and expenses related to the offering. The remainder of the proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
