Biography
Edouard de Lamy is a partner in the Tax Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ Paris office. Edouard’s practice focuses on international and domestic taxation, with particular emphasis on the tax aspects of leveraged buy-outs and other M&A transactions (for both public and private groups) as well as corporate reorganizations, including tax structuring of transactions, management packages, personal estate and income tax matters.
He also has particular expertise in the tax aspects of distressed M&A situations and debt restructurings.
Edouard joined the Firm in 2003. He received a Master degree (DESS) in corporate law and taxation from Université Paris I- Panthéon Sorbonne in 2003 and also graduated from HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) Business School in 2003.
Edouard is a member of the Paris Bar Association. His native language is French and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
