Weil is advising Providence Equity Partners on its partnership with Wendel, whereby Wendel will join Providence as a 50:50 partner in Globeducate.

Globeducate provides K-12 education through a network of 65 bilingual and international schools, as well as online programs, across 11 countries mostly in Europe. The group employs more than 6,000 people, including 4,000 highly qualified teachers. The transaction is expected to complete in the second half of 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary regulatory approvals.
