Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP advised the shareholders of Swibox Holding AG in the framework of a strategic partnership with SRG & SERVE group.

Swibox AG ranks among the leading providers of switch cabinets and housing solutions. In addition to selling its own product lines and patented innovations, including in safety equipment, on the Swiss market, Swibox AG intends to market its products also internationally in the future. To this end, the Swibox group will now operate under the umbrella of a joint holding company together with the internationally established SRG & SERVE group based in Germany and Luxembourg. Both groups will continue independently as stand-alone businesses. The management team of Swibox group will continue to be invested as shareholders in the new group of companies.
