Weil Advises The Home Depot in its $18.25B Acquisition of SRS

Weil advised The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer, in its acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc., a leading residential specialty trade distribution company across several verticals serving the professional roofer, landscaper and pool contractor, in a transaction that implied an SRS enterprise value of approximately $18.25 billion.
