Weil is advising Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and its portfolio company Omega Healthcare Management Services in an investment by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, through which Ontario Teachers’ will join Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives as co-lead investor in Omega Healthcare. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
