Biography
Alessandra Harkness is an associate in Weil’s Private Funds practice and is based in New York. Alessandra participates in the representation of private investment fund sponsors in the formation, structuring and negotiation of their investment funds.
Alessandra received her J.D. from Queen's University, her MSc from the University of Oxford and her B.A. from the University of Toronto.
