Biography

Amita Chauhan is an associate in Weil’s Antitrust group.
Prior to law school, Amita served as a paralegal in the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, working on conduct investigations and litigation. While in law school, Amita served as a legal intern at US Federal Trade Commission in the Office of Commissioner Slaughter.
Amita received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an Executive Editor for the Georgetown Journal of International Law. She earned her B.A., with high honors, from the University of California, Berkeley.
