Biography
Anthony Nwokenna is a Banking and Finance associate in Weil’s London office. Anthony has acted for private equity sponsors, financial institutions and direct lenders on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional financings and other complex financing transactions.
Anthony trained at Weil, during which he also spent 6 months on international secondment in New York.
Representative experience as part of a team includes acting for:
- ad hoc group of bondholders of the Digicel Group, in relation to the group’s financial restructuring
- Advent on its refinancing of Rubix (IPH-Brammer)
- Advent on its refinancing of Donte Group (Vitaldent)
- AMS on the refinancing of its receivables financing agreement
- Arcmont in connection with its financing of Avista's acquisition of Terrats Group,
- A&M Capital on the financing for its acquisitions of the GBUK Group and STOK Emballage
- Ares in connection with its financing of Eurazeo’s acquisition of BMS Group
- Ares in connection with its financing of Pollen Street Capital's merger of Markerstudy
- Bain Capital on the financing of its acquisition of Deltatre
- Bain Capital on its refinancing of Kantar
- Bain Capital on its syndicated financing for the acquisition of Inetum
- General Atlantic on the financing for its acquisition of GRESB
- Lenders in relation to CVC's refinancing of Mehilainen
- PAI in connection with its acquisition of HKA
- PAI in connection with its joint venture investment in Nestlé's European frozen pizza business
- Tikehau Capital on its senior secured financing to support Musixmatch, a portfolio company of TPG
