Biography
Ayush Gulati is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Ayush participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Ayush has been part of the teams advising:
- Blackstone in its investment in Allied Benefit Systems, LLC
- Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and its portfolio company Omega Healthcare Management Services in an investment by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, through which Ontario Teachers’ will join Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives as co-lead investor in Omega Healthcare
- Stripes, LLC in its tender offer to purchase a controlling stake in PopUpBagels Inc.
Ayush received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine.
