Biography
Benjamin is a partner in the Tax Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges and is based in Paris.
He advises on French inbound and outbound international tax issues. He has developed a particular expertise on the tax aspects of transactions ranging from leveraged buy-outs, multi-jurisdictional tax structuring, complex carve-outs, post-merger integration and tax modeling. He has diverse experience with both Private Equity transactions as well as public company M&A.
Prior to joining Weil, Benjamin was a tax partner in an international law firm, where he worked in Paris and New York offices.
He is graduated from the SKEMA Business School and also received a Master in Business and Tax Law from the University of Lille.
His native language is French and he is fluent in English.
