Biography
Daniel Matijevic is an associate in the Litigation department of the Munich office. His practice focuses on Complex Commercial Litigation. He advises and represents national and international clients from various industries in the fields of civil litigation as well as commercial real estate.
Daniel studied law at the University of Regensburg (law degree 2020) and joined Weil in 2022 as a legal trainee. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Nuremberg (2022) and was admitted to practice in Germany in 2023.
Daniel is fluent in German (mother tongue), English and Croatian (mother tongue).
