Biography

Emma Conde is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Emma participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Emma has been part of the teams advising:
- Arcosa, Inc. in its $180 million acquisition of Ameron Pole Products LLC
- Hut 8 Corp. in its acquisition of Rocky Butte Power Holdco, LLC from Priority Power Management, LLC (a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P and Ara Partners)
- Point Field Partners Holding Company, LLC in its acquisition of C & B Operations, LLC and R&M Commercial Properties, LLC
- PSG in its acquisition of Element451, Inc.; the closing of PSG Sequel, a $2 billion continuation fund; Formstack Holdings, LP in its acquisition of Open Raven, Inc.; mPulse Mobile, Inc. in its acquisition of Decision Point Healthcare Solutions LLC and HealthTrio, LLC; Traliant Operating, LLC in its acquisition of Kantola Training Solutions; and Netsurion LLC in sale of substantially all of the remaining assets to Lumifi Cyber, Inc.
Emma Conde received her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from SMU Dedman School of Law. She received her B.B.A and B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
