Prior to joining Weil, Enda worked at a leading international firm in Dublin.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- Churchill Capital VII, a SPAC sponsored by Churchill Capital, on its $1.58 billion business combination with CorpAcq Holdings Limited
- Px3 Partners on the acquisition of the filtration division of US headquartered Celeros Flow Technology
- Brookfield Asset Management on the acquisition of DWS’ Private Equity Secondaries business
- Providence on the recommended cash offer for London-listed Hyve Group Plc
- An ad hoc group of secured lenders to the world’s largest regional aircraft lessor, Nordic Aviation Capital, in relation to its restructuring
- PAI Partners on the acquisition of HKA, a leading global consultancy in risk mitigation and dispute resolution, from Bridgepoint
- Gores Guggenheim, Inc., a SPAC sponsored by affiliates of The Gores Group and Guggenheim Capital, on its $20 billion business combination with Polestar Performance AB
- Wejo Limited, a connected vehicle data business, on its $1.1 billion business combination with Virtuoso Acquisition Corp., a SPAC sponsored by Virtuoso Sponsor LLC
- Advent International on the acquisition, together with Viking Global, of Global Processing Services
- PSG on the acquisition of Sign-In App and 10to8 (via portfolio company, Shieldco)
- An ad hoc group of bondholders of UK based speciality metals producer, Ferroglobe, in relation to the group’s financial restructuring
- Depop, the global fashion resale marketplace, on the equity incentives aspects of its $1.6 billion sale to Etsy, Inc
- Aareon (a portfolio company of Advent International) on the acquisition of Flixflo and Tilt Property Software
- Sanofi on its $1.45 billion acquisition of Kymab, Ltd
- Limerston Capital on its sale of Arch Sciences Group, a provider of outsourced analytical solutions to the laboratory research and testing sector, to Element Materials Technology Group
- APG Asset Management on the acquisition of a stake in, and joint venture with, SiFi Network
- Kantar (a portfolio company of Bain Capital) on various standalone tax matters
- An ad hoc group of bondholders of Spanish based construction and civil engineering company, Obrascón Huarte Lain, in relation to the group’s debt for equity swap, implemented through a scheme of arrangement in the UK
