Biography

Graham McHenry is an associate in Weil’s Regulatory Transactions group and is based in Boston. Graham participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Graham has been part of the teams advising:
- Advent International in the sale of Certinia Inc. (f/k/a FinancialForce.com, Inc.) and its acquisition of Sauer Brands, Inc.
- Goldman Sachs in its $440 million strategic investment in BrightNight
- Point Field Partners Holding Company, LLC in its acquisition of C & B Operations, LLC and R&M Commercial Properties, LLC
- Providence Equity Partners in its acquisition of a majority stake in Accelerate Learning Inc.
- PSG in its acquisition of mPulse Mobile, Inc. and Decision Point Healthcare Solutions LLC
- XPO, Inc., a provider of freight brokerage transportation services, in its $600 million senior secured revolving facility
Graham received his J.D., magna cum laude from Boston College Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Boston College Law Review. Prior to his legal career, he received a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and worked in the field of economic and regulatory policy consulting. He also received his B.S. from Wake Forest University.
