Biography
Graham McHenry is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Boston. Graham participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Graham has been part of the teams advising:
- Advent International in the sale of Certinia Inc. (f/k/a FinancialForce.com, Inc.)
- Goldman Sachs in its $440 million strategic investment in BrightNight
- Providence Equity Partners in its acquisition of a majority stake in Accelerate Learning Inc.
- PSG in its acquisition of mPulse Mobile, Inc. and Decision Point Healthcare Solutions LLC
Graham received his J.D., magna cum laude from Boston College Law School, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Boston College Law Review. Prior to his legal career, he received a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and worked in the field of economic and regulatory policy consulting. He also received his B.S. from Wake Forest University.
