Biography
Hayk Keshishian is an associate based in the Paris office. His practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. He joined the Firm in 2021.
Hayk graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas where he received a Master’s degree in business law (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires-DJCE). He also attended the Finance and Strategy Master’s program at Sciences Po Paris.
He is a member of the Paris Bar. His native languages are French and Armenian, and he is fluent in English.”
