Weil is advising General Atlantic’s BeyondNetZero climate growth fund on its majority investment in GRESB, a leading global provider of sustainability standards and benchmarks for real assets. 

General Atlantic acquired its stake from Summit Partners, which will retain a minority position in GRESB following close of the transaction. The GRESB management team will also reinvest into the company and continue its ongoing work driving GRESB’s growth and impact.

The Weil team is led by Private Equity partner Jonathan Wood, assisted by Jack Gray, with Isobel Rudd, Matthew Williams, Hayk Keshishian and Gayathri Kandiah.
