Biography
Hunter L. Zepeda is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in Dallas. Hunter participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Hunter has been part of the teams advising on the following matters:
- Goldman Sachs in its $440 million strategic investment in BrightNight
- Kainos Capital and Evriholder Products, LLC in Evriholder Products’ acquisitions of Axe Holdings, LLC and Home Sweet Home Holdings, Inc.
- Kologik Software, Inc. (a platform company of GSV Management, LLC) in its acquisition of Kologik, LLC.
- PSG in its investment in Packback Inc. and its acquisition of Benchmark Solutions, LLC.; and Trade School Software in its acquisition of Verity IQ, LLC ,777ABC, LLC and Campus Ivy LLC
