Joe Payne is a Corporate associate in London. He advises, as part of a team, leading private equity funds and major corporates on a wide range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and restructurings as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Representative experience, as part of a team, includes advising:
- Bain Capital on the acquisition, together with Nextalia, of Deltatre
- Soul Foods Group, which owns and manages global food and coffee franchises including Burger King, KFC, Starbucks and Taco Bell, on a minority equity investment by Centerbridge, OpCapita and Metric Capital
- Sun European Partners on its sale of C&K Components to Littelfuse Inc.
