Weil is advising an affiliate of Sun European Partners on its sale of Adler & Allan to the private equity business at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Founded in 1926 and serving 2,500+ customers, Adler & Allan is the leading U.K. environmental risk reduction specialist operating across three core divisions: Environmental Services, Energy Services and Water Services.

The Weil team is led by Private Equity partners Martin Weatherston-Wilson and Marco Compagnoni, assisted by Lucia Azzi and Joe Payne. The team also included partner James Harvey and Tony Herron, and the Firm’s specialist teams.
