Julie Rong
Julie Rong is an associate in Weil’s Public Company Advisory Group and is based in New York. Julie participates in advising U.S. public companies and foreign private issuers on securities law issues, disclosure, governance and compliance matters.

Julie has been part of the teams advising:

  • ATI Physical Therapy in its incremental second lien secured subordinated facility
  • Glencore, CPP Investments and BC as shareholders, in Viterra Ltd.’s approximately $18 billion business combination with Bunge Ltd.
  • Wex Inc. in its repurchase of $310 million in principal amount of its convertible senior notes from WP Bronco Holdings, LLC, its $500 million incremental senior secured revolving facility, its $1.4 billion incremental senior secured term and revolving facility, and in its $2.5 billion incremental senior secured term and revolving facility
  • Willis North America Inc. (a subsidiary of Willis Towers Watson PLC) in connection with multiple notes offerings totaling over $1 billion in aggregate

Julie received her J.D. from New York University School of Law where she was a Staff Editor for the Review of Law and Social Change, and her B.A. from Wellesley College.
