Biography
Eleni Samara is an associate in Weil’s Public Company Advisory Group and is based in New York. Eleni participates in advising U.S. public companies and foreign private issuers on securities law issues, disclosure, governance and compliance matters.
Eleni has been part of the teams advising:
- The Home Depot in its $18.25 billion acquisition of SRS Distribution Inc.
- The Kroger Company in a $5 billion senior unsecured revolving facility and in a $4.75 billion senior unsecured term loan facility;
- Regis Corporation in its $130 million senior secured term loan and revolving facility
- TPG in connection with the merger of its portfolio company Keter Environmental Services with Waste Harmonics
Eleni received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from Brown University.
