Justin Deuell
Justin Deuell is an associate in Weil's Capital Markets practice and is based in New York. Justin participates in advising issuers, underwriters and private equity sponsors in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions. He has been involved in investment grade and high-yield debt offerings as well as primary and secondary equity offerings.

Justin has been part of the teams advising:

  • A leading corporation in its multi-tranche $1.15 billion senior unsecured notes offering
  • AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc., as issuer, in a $350 million at-the-market offering of its Class A common stock, in its $250 million at-the-market offering of its Class A common stock, in its $414 million offering of cash and payment-in-kind toggle senior secured exchangeable notes due 2030 by a subsidiary of AMC, and in its $1.2 billion senior secured term loan facility
  • Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Mizuho Securities USA, RBC Capital Markets and two major financial institutions, as initial purchasers, in a $500 million offering of senior unsecured notes by Sensata Technologies, Inc.
  • Campbell Soup Company in its multi-tranche $2.5 billion senior unsecured notes offering to repay to finance the acquisition of Sovos Brands.
  • J.P. Morgan, MUFG, SMBC Nikko, and another financial institution, as representatives of the underwriters, in a $5 billion offering of senior notes by Occidental Petroleum Corporation
  • Willis North America Inc. in its $750 million senior unsecured notes

Justin received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and his B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
