
Kristen Pavlounis is an associate in Weil’s Technology & IP Transactions practice and is based in New York. Kristen participates in advising Firm clients in a variety of matters relating to the licensing, acquisition, development, sale, use and commercial exploitation of intellectual property and technology. She also participates in advising clients regarding privacy and data security issues in the context of corporate transactions.
Kristen received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she served on the Fordham Law Review and received the Legal Writing Award. She served as Director of the Fashion Law Institute Clinic and as President of the Hellenic Law Students Association and Fashion Law Society. She received the International Association of Privacy Professionals Westin Scholar Award. Kristen received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
