Biography
Langdon Neal is an associate in Weil’s Private Equity practice and is based in New York. Langdon participates in the representation of private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Langdon has been part of the teams advising on the following matters:
- APCO Holdings, LLC (a portfolio company of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan) in its acquisition of National Auto Care Corp
- Goldman Sachs Asset Management in its investment in Madhive
- ICG Strategic Equity in its acquisition of an indirect interest in Datavant Group
- Stripes Group and Siete Foods in Siete’s $1.2 billion sale to PepsiCo, Inc.
Langdon received his J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.S. from Trinity College.
