Biography
Lucia is a Corporate associate in London. She advises, as part of a team, private equity funds and major corporates on a wide range of domestic and cross-border acquisitions (including public-to-private transactions) and exits. In 2023, Lucia was seconded to Bain Capital’s London office.
Representative experience as part of a team includes advising:
- Advent International on the acquisition of Parfums de Marly
- Sun European Partners on the take private of K3 Capital
- Bain Capital on the acquisition, together with Nextalia, of Deltatre
- OMERS Private Equity on the acquisition of Bionic from ECI Partners and its founders
- Howden on its acquisition of TigerRisk Partners, LLC
- Howden on its take private of listed Italian insurance broker Assiteca
- Vitol on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Saras S.p.A.
