Biography
Malina Tatarova is an associate in the Restructuring group of Weil’s London office. As part of a team, Malina has been involved in a number of well-known restructurings and formal insolvency procedures advising distressed corporates, private equity houses, minority lenders and insolvency practitioners. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border restructuring matters in a range of sectors including project finance, oil & gas and transport.
Recent experience as part of a team includes:
- Advising Doncasters, the aerospace and defence company, in relation to its restructuring
- Advising Endeavour Energy following its chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings
- Advising key noteholders on the restructuring of Abengoa’s cross-border facilities
