Marina Masterson is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice, where she focuses on a broad range of matters, including appeals, mass torts, employment law, and contracts, in state and federal court nationwide.
Marina also has an active pro bono practice, representing incarcerated individuals challenging unjust prosecutions.
Prior to joining Weil, Marina served as a law clerk for the Hon. Robin S. Rosenbaum in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Marina also previously worked at another global law firm.
Marina received her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and member of the Moot Court Board. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Cheryl Ann Krause, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Marina earned her B.S., summa cum laude, in Public Relations and her B.A., cum laude, in History from the University of Florida.
