Biography
Mark has expertise across a range of sectors, with particular experience of working with private equity companies, their portfolio entities and with institutional clients. While he advises on all major employment law issues, he has particular and extensive experience advising on the employment aspects of transactional matters and frequently co-ordinates the employment aspects of cross border deals including transfers of undertakings issues and employee consultations. Much of his work relates to appointments and departures of executives and senior managers.
He has also worked on numerous change management projects relating to employment law such as restructurings, outsourcings, introduction of new technology and systems, and pension changes.
