Biography
Natascha Späth is an Associate in the Corporate department of the Frankfurt office. She focuses on corporate law, cross-border private equity and mergers & acquisitions transactions as well as general commercial law.
Natascha studied business law at the University of Applied Science Wismar (LL.B 2012) and corporate law in an international context at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (LL.M. 2014).
Natascha is fluent in German and English.
